I have worked with children most of my adult life. In high school, I volunteered frequently as a tutor and after school program leader, and I babysat on the side. While attending university, I helped lead an after school program for several months before starting a year long job as a nanny for a lovely family in Dallas. I then worked part-time for the wife of an NBA coach as a personal assistant and nanny. Most recently I have managed restaurants for the Hillstone Restaurant Group but I am eager to return to my roots in childcare while I apply to grad schools.
