About Janith

My name is Janith, I am 22, and I have 4 years of care giving experience. I've taken care of both the elderly and infants, both able bodied and special needs. Care giving is a passion of mine since I was a teen and I've never had a problem forming a bond with anyone. From reading books, arts and crafts, and nature walks I know how to keep a child entertained and learning. I'm very compassionate and know patience, which means that I can teach discipline without ever making a child feel frightened of inferior. Forming a bond with the child is a priority of mine because it means listening to them and their interests and building trust.
