Since 2018, I have gone back-and-forth between caregiving and DSP work. In both jobs settings, I have assisted with toileting, bathing, dressing, medication administration, food prep, transferring/mobility assistance, etc.. I have worked in residential care, the dementia care unit, and I am currently assistant manager working as a DSP (essentially caregiving for people with developmental disabilities) for a lovely group of ladies. I love my job to the moon and back, but I am looking for extra work on the side in a field that I love to help pay for my honeymoon/wedding. Let me know if you have any questions!
