About Jaya

I'd describe my personality as outgoing and affectionate. I love to try new things and meet new people. I love working with kids because each child has their own interests and uniques characteristics that make getting to know them super exciting and fun. I'm looking for a job where I can learn new skills and gain more experience with kids of various ages in order to know what choices to make in both creative situations and challenging ones. I started working with kids in 2015 when I was given the opportunity to volunteer in the Kinder class at my family's church. In my spare time, I like to spend time at the beach with my friends, I love to write and do fun crafts. One thing you should know about me is that I prioritize trust and respect above all else when it comes to children. My skills include effective communication tactics, planning and instruction, patience, creative thinking, and compassion.
