I've been a childcare provider for over 6 years, but it feels more like a calling than a job. What motivates me to care for children is my genuine love for nurturing their growth and development. My own experience as a big sister to six siblings, ranging from 3 to 19 years old, has prepared me well for handling children of various ages.
