About Jeanette

My name is Jeanette and I absolutely love children! I have worked with children of all ages in a multitude of capacities for the last 30 years. I have a degree in social work and am dedicated to making a positive difference in people's lives. I have 10 years of paid experience working with children, and 7 of those were as a nanny with 5 children from 3 different families. I've also worked extensively with children/adults with special needs. I am the incredibly proud mother of 3 spectacular grown children whom I adore! I homeschooled them for 13 years, which was a joy and privilege. I would love to have the opportunity to continue to open the wonderful world of learning to the children in my care. I am a very active person who loves to be outdoors in the fresh air and sunshine. I have a great interest in learning about other cultures and have traveled to many countries. I lived in Brazil for a year and half and still speak Portuguese. I look forward to meeting you and your family!
