Jenna is a wonderful young lady. My son is very energetic and difficult to babysit. However, Jenna knew exactly what to say and do. My Son calms down with Jenna's soothing voice and convinces him to focus his attention on a different activity. Jenna performs great multitasking. A+ quality!
