Jennifer came to work for our family when my daughter was just four months old. We hired her with the idea of having her spend a 2-3 months with us before we started daycare. Fast forward a year and we couldn't be happier with our decision to stick with Jennifer. She has helped get our daughter on a great sleep schedule, worked with her on all development skills from tummy time to crawling and walking. She is very kind and nurturing. She's also very good with our dog.
