Jennifer is a very kind person and a hard worker. She is a team player, and goes above and beyond to make sure that the patients are taken well care of. She has respect for both her team mates and patients, and has been available to come to work on short notices , or cover a shift when no one was available to work on certain days. And that makes her a very reliable person. With her good medical background qualifications and knowledge, a lot of her colleagues learned a lot from her. But mostly her organization skills in care plan, work ethic and compassion made the patients comfortable, happy and at ease. Jen is the perfect candidate to have on team or individually.
