About Jennifer

Hello my name is Jennifer! I am so pleased to get to know you. I am interested in and motivated to start a pet sitting and walking business. I call my business Second Act Service as I left my first career, as a School Psychologist & a therapist, many years ago to raise my family. My boys are now 18 & 20 so I am ready to begin "my second act." I have been a pet lover since birth and a pet owner for over 23 years. I have had multiple dogs and a guinea pig during this time. I actually hand fed our guinea pig, Thumper, 4 x's a day for 6 weeks when he became ill! My mother still thinks that was crazy but it was not at all crazy to me! I have cared for cats and dogs while their owners, my friends, were out of town. I have a reference for dog care and dog walking. I simply lost contact with the friend whose cats I sat for. I also have professional and character references upon request. I look forward to learning more about you and your family! I will help in anyway I can! Thank you!
