I have also executive assisted (experienced in HR and administrative work) for 3 of the families companies, eager to help with household cleaning/chores. I household management experience, run errands, drive children to school/activities (find and plan). I have facilitated a cross country move for a family, I've homeschooled their children as I have an early childhood education/background. I am happy to help in any way that is needed. We had a positive first experience with Jennifer, when she took care of our son. He liked her despite a language barrier (English is his 3rd language). We decided to hire her on a regular basis (once a week) after contacting her references. She missed her second appointment after warning us she needed to go to the hospital. She profusely apologized and promised this was not a common thing even though we thought of this as just bad luck. She then never returned our texts and missed the following appointment. I wished we heard back from her even if it was just to let us know she could no longer work with us so that we could have found a replacement on time.
