About Jennifer

I am a kind, caring and patient person looking to care for someone in their home during the summer vacation. I am told that I see people for who they are and meet them where they are. I have a lot of love and kindness to give and have a great respect for people who are in the later stages of their lives. I speak both English and Spanish and am a great conversationalist in both languages. Even though my professional life has been within a school setting, I do have experience with elder care. I cared for my mother during all four of her cancer diagnoses and four rounds of chemo as well as cared for an adult woman with cerebral palsy. I am familiar with the good days, the bad days, the difficult and the joyous. I am well-educated, well-traveled, well-read and hope that I can provide the care that you are looking for.
