About Jennifer

Currently a nanny and will be available end of October, seeking a new full-time position with babies/or multiple children. Since my teens I have had numerous opportunities to babysit, nanny, and teach children. Many people comment that I have a special gift with babies/children and the ability to connect with and calm them down. I have been the preschool Sunday school teacher at my church for 8 years. I am very hands on and love telling children stories, lending a listening ear, singing, putting on finger puppet shows, baking, crafts, hugs, gardening, reading books, going for walks, doing "school," playing with them, and encouraging them to learn new things. I believe kids should have fun but firmness is needful at times so I seek to correct when necessary and redirect towards right behavior. A child is an individual that needs to be invested in and have their character molded and I look forward to lovingly help any children I nanny become the people they will one day be.
