About Jennifer

I'd describe my personality as warm, engaging and energetic. I like working with kids because I believe I have a natural ability to connect with children and love their energy. I love how curious they are and drawing out their strengths and interests. I'm looking for a job that allows me to have fun with kids and give parents a break. I started working with kids when I was a teenager, babysitting and lifeguarding. I have been a camp counselor, coached youth sports and now have three grown children of my own. In my spare time, I do anything active outside. Mostly hiking, cycling, swimming and golf. I have a fun side hustle of creating event/wedding flowers. Volunteering. Love visiting my girls at college and traveling. One thing you should know about me is I am an empty nester and excited to share my time taking care of your kids. My skills include diagnosing and understanding what a child needs. Very interactive, creative, trustworthy and adventurous.
