Hi! My name is Jensen. I began my journey working with kids when I was just 14 years old. I babysat in my neighborhood and became a trusted caregiver. At 16, I became a respite caregiver for Channel Islands Social Services where I worked with two primary families: a family with two children on the autism spectrum ages 4 and 7 and another family with 3 children with one on the autism spectrum age 9. I am currently a year out from finishing my degree in Early Childhood Studies. I worked with multiple families as a nanny since starting my college career. These families had children from newborns-3rd grade. Since then, I have been an After-school Site Supervisor for 27 children grades TK-5th. My job is to implement STEM, art, outdoor, and social-emotional learning activities that all ages will enjoy. I also am responsible for communicating with families about concerning behaviors or children's successes.

Jensen is so amazing! She watched my daughter when she was just 4 weeks old, and has exceeded my family's expectations. Her communication is great, always on time, very friendly, and easy to work with. I can tell she truly has a passion working with children by the way she interacted with my daughter. Anything I asked her to do, she did perfectly! I am a stay at home mom now, so we will be using her for special occasions like date nights or if I have appointments that I won't bring my daughter to. She is also amazing with dogs. Our pup has a tumor in her bladder, so she sometimes pees on the floor. Jensen would help clean up when I didn't even ask her to. I appreciated the help with our dog as much as help with our daughter. Anyone who works with her is so lucky!
