My review is purely based on the interview process with Jessica. I always schedule a call prior to meeting in-person. The call went great any concerns or questions I had were answered. We decided to move forward with Jessica. She had an emergency with family the day we had scheduled an in-person interview. We rescheduled happily the next day. No call, no show. I think the interview process with someone is just as important for families actively looking for care.
