About Jessica

I'd describe my personality as energetic, reliable, and organized. I started working with kids when I was a teenager with babysitting and nannying for multiple families of different sizes and age ranges. I carried this on throughout college and then I became a first grade teacher. I have been teaching for three years and absolutely love my job! I enjoy nannying or tutoring for families during my summer break. In my spare time, I like to spend time with my family and friends. I enjoy working out, being outside, reading, and exploring things to do around Nashville! One thing you should know about me is as a teacher I have lots of experience in helping kids grow. I have a positive reinforcement style for behavior management. I enjoy using my creative side to come up with activities for kids to do. I have also been in many different situations that have prepared me for anything that comes my way. My skills include behavior management, academic growth, and emotional awareness.
