I am in the respiratory therapy program and graduate next year. I have experience with seniors in the medical field and have worked closely with dementia patients, patients with diabetes and other medical issues, and those that need medications and insulin. She never showed up! She came one day to spend time with the weekday caregiver and meet my mother, but on the day she agreed to start, nothing! She never called, never answered any of my calls, nothing! Ghosting something a teenager does to her ex-boyfriend. You don't ghost the 88 year old you agreed to take care of!
