About Jessica

My name is Jessica and I'm 29 years old. I am currently finishing my second year as an Interventionist in Chicago Public Schools and have been an educator for six years now! I am looking to build my tutoring clientele as I really enjoy tutoring over the summer. I have a car so transportation is not a problem. I graduated from the University of Missouri with a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education. I have four years of teaching experience as a 4th grade classroom teacher and two years as an interventionist. In tutoring, I primarily focus on foundation reading skills, foundation math skills, and reading comprehension. I have had countless jobs and volunteer positions working with and caring for children including nannying, camp counseling, tutoring, teaching swim lessons, and more. I have a love for children and would love to have the privilege of working with your little ones!
