Hello! My name is Jessica! I am a recent college graduate from California State University, East Bay. I'm passionate about fostering children's growth and development. With six years of childcare experience, I have a proven track record of providing safe, nurturing, and stimulating environments for children to thrive. My calm and friendly demeanor allows me to connect with children easily and build strong relationships. I believe in open communication and work closely with parents to ensure their children's needs are met. I am comfortable enforcing household rules and creating a structured environment while still allowing for creativity and fun. From outdoor games to board games, I enjoy a variety of activities that encourage physical, mental, and emotional development.
