Jessica is the best cleaner I have ever had, period. I tried many different cleaners and cleaning companies before her, but I was never happy. (My husband said my expectations were too high...) I am particular and like to keep my house clean and tidy so yes, my expectations to a cleaner is high. Jessica does a very thorough job and she is not afraid to get on her hands and knees and put some real effort in to get the job done! She is kind and trustworthy and she communicates clearly and is open to feedback. If you give her feedback about anything you want to have done differently/better etc, she takes your feedback seriously and makes changes accordingly. She also provides suggestions for different products and cleaning solutions that can improve the quality of her cleaning further. I am very happy with Jessica and would highly recommend her!!
