Jessica is a phenomenal nanny. She doesn't just care for my kids, she fosters their growth with unrelenting kindness and admirable patience. She has a genuine affection for my kids while establishing and maintaining clear boundaries. I jokingly call her our "rent-a-aunt" for these reasons and many more. I was initially hesitant to hire any kind of help, anxious for all the could go wrong. Now I can say without a shadow of a doubt that hiring Jessica was one of the best decisions I've made for my kids. Her example has made me a better parent. As for the nuts and bolts, she is timely, communicative, flexible, and understanding. I cannot recommend Jessica enough.
