I cared for my grandfather with dementia and Parkinson's before he transitioned into a nursing home. My sister has two kids that I helped raised. My youngest nephew is autistic, which requires extra care and patience. I've been exposed to a lot through this time which has helped me be the loving care taker I am. Being around children and creating a fun and safe environment is something that I do naturally and enjoy. When I'm around children the kid in me comes out as well.
