About Jess

Greetings! My name is Jess. I live in Freeport and I'm a proud bother of two boys. I've been working in healthcare for 17 years as a medical assistant, across various specialties. I have a wide range of knowledge, experience, and skills. Outside of my clinical abilities, I'd consider myself a kind, thoughtful, and compassionate person. I enjoy getting to know my patients so I can learn how to take care of them on a more personalized level. I have experience in family, sports, and integrative medicine, chiropractic care, orthopedics, dermatology-surgery, wound care as well as urology. I am proficient in catheter care/maintenance/changes, helping with medication management and education, taking vitals, simple skin/wound care, provide transportation to appointments, communicate with their care teams/insurance companies, light cleaning, cooking or meal prepping, bathing, or just be a friendly companion, if that's what you're looking for.
