As the oldest of 11 siblings, I've been passionate about childcare from a young age. With over 10 years of professional babysitting experience, I excel at creating nurturing and structured environments for children. My recent role at a nonprofit community mental health center in New Hampshire as an employment specialist, allowed me to support individuals with various vocational goals, educational/employment goals. I'm currently studying psychology as a junior in college, aiming to specialize in child psychology. This academic background deepens my understanding of child development and informs my approach to childcare. I value open communication with parents, providing daily reports and regular updates to keep everyone informed. I prioritize safety and structure while engaging children in activities that promote physical, mental, and social growth.
