Jillian has been watching my 3 kids (age 4.5, 2.5, 10 months) for the past 4+ years, 4-5 days per week. She is fantastic! Always on time or early, super sweet & caring, the kids love her, she's basically like family to us. There's no one I would trust more than her with my kids. She helps around the house, does the kids laundry, makes them lunch/snacks, takes them on walks or to the park, cleans up after them, helps with potty training, etc. She is super flexible and always willing to help. I quit my job so unfortunately we cannot afford to keep her on in the same capacity (hoping she can stay on 1 day a week because the kids adore her). Whoever hires her would be lucky to have her.
