About Jimena

I'd describe my personality as energetic, creative, playful. I like working with kids because I believe that the first 5 years are important in a child's life. I enjoy watching a child grow, develop, and learn in all areas of life. Children bring so much joy! I'm looking for a job that will offer learning opportunities and one that I'm able to put in practice what I know about early childhood education. I started working with kids in 2006 in a pre-school classroom. In my spare time, I like to walk my dog, enjoy nature, go to a coffee shop, exercise and play with my granddaughter. One thing you should know about me is I'm a mother of 2 and I'm a new grandma. I also love to help others in any way I can. My skills include safety supervision, music & movement and being creative with materials, and promoting language and literacy.
