About Joan

Hi, Im almost 40yrs old and a stepmom to a 24 and 15 yr old girls. Even though God never blessed me with any of my own babies I never felt without. Thanks to family and friends for allowing me to love their kiddos like my own and be auntie/nanny Joan. I grew up in a home daycare since I was 9yrs old. I was born a natural caregiver. I was my grandmother's caregiver(she had Alzheimer's) for 6 yrs before she passed. I helped raise my sisters 5 boys who are age 26, 15, 10, 8, and 3 for a few years until my sister moved and became a work from home mom. I am a dogmom to 3 spoiled babies. a Husky, German shepherd and Rottie. I am an avid sports lover. Played volleyball, basketball and softball through high school. As an adult played coed softball and pickup volleyball at the gym. But as of lately golf has taken my heart. I'm also a big outdoorsy girl. I love hiking, camping, kayaking and just got myself a new stand up paddle board. And if it matters I am a conservative and believer in Jesus.
