There are literally no words to describe what an absolute heaven-sent miracle Joanne was for my grandfather and my family as a whole. My grandfather was a tough guy, not at all "politically correct," and VERY opinionated. Based on past experiences, I just *knew* that when I hired Joanne, she would quit or my grandfather would "fire" her before a week was out. However, that did NOT happen. Joanne is professional, experienced, and knows EXACTLY how to do what she does. She is a kind, caring, and incredible person. My grandfather absolutely loved her, her cooking, and having her around. Although he was hesitant to pay for a caregiver, over time he increased her hours because he enjoyed her being around so much. <3 Joanne was with us until the very end, when my grandfather finally succumbed to his cancer on his 88th birthday. In the final days, Joanne was a rock for me and my family, supporting and caring for us as we navigated the end-of-life journey. I could not recommend Joanne any more highly and wish I could give 6/5 stars.
