I obtained my teaching certificate through Texas Teachers back in the summer of 2014. My teaching/tutoring started in August 2014 when I served as a Mathematics teacher for the 9th grade in Odessa, TX. In September 2015 I moved back to the Austin area where I started out as a substitute in Leander ISD hoping find a more permanent position. No opportunity ever came, so in December 2015 I decided to become a full time math tutor through Varsity Tutors and worked with them thru April 2016. I continued to develop my abilities and understanding of mathematics, slowly building rapport with more students and families, and have been working with them ever since April 2016. The subjects I have tutored have been exclusively math at the middle school and high school, which were the subjects I earned my teaching certificate for. Feel free to reach out to me.

He really helped my son, who had a very difficult time with Algebra 2. He was patient, gave clear instruction, communicated incredibly well, and was flexible on times and dates depending on test schedules. Highly recommended.
