About Jolea

I have experience working with children since 1990. I babysat throughout my jr high and high school years. I taught K-12 music classes for 3 years at a small Christian school in Memphis, TN after I completed my bachelor's degree in music. My graduate assistant job for 2 years was being second in charge under the head teacher in the campus daycare. I worked with ages 2-6. I taught music at a small Bible College in Manila, Philippines for 11 years. This also included teaching elementary through high school students. I returned to the States in 2017 and worked as babysitter/nanny for several different families. I am a private piano teacher, but I currently have some free time during the morning hours on certain weekdays, so I am looking for babysitting/nanny jobs to fill those hours. I am dedicated and diligent and always make an effort to always be on time. My skills include calming crying infants, winning over shy toddlers, and engaging young children in fun activities.
