I appreciated Joohee's calm presence during our virtual interview- she is clearly experienced and has the type of wisdom that I was seeking in early childhood care. I also liked that she's been in various childcare settings- both in family homes as well as daycare facilities- so I liked having the confidence that she can handle and has had experience in many different circumstances and situations. It gave me the type of assurance that a mama wants when vetting childcare providers! I ended up selecting another nanny who I think is a better match in terms of energy for my wild child :) Also my nanny needs had changed since I was only seeking a short coverage and had family members who stepped up and insisted on helping. From what I can tell, I'd recommend Joohee for your family!
