Overall Jorge was unreliable and very unprofessional. Disappointing experience. We hired him as a caregiver for a senior with dementia, he was fine the first week then did not respond or show up to new shifts. Left various messages unresponded. Very disappointed at the immaturity. He was nice at first but absolutely not reliable to take care of your loved one. We had to find a replacement carer asap.
