About Josephine

Hey there! My name is Josie! I've worked with kiddos all my life! Most recently, I've been employed as a Medical Technician at Springwoods Behavioral Health, working with kids, teens and adults of all ages as they navigate their life and healing journeys. I'm also part time employed as a patient care technician at Willow Creek Women's Clinic, as a PCT helping on the labor and delivery unit. I have been babysitting since I was 14, and my first real job was being employed as a Childcare Associate at my church where I helped coordinate kids programs, Vacation Bible Schools in the summer, provided childcare for small groups meeting during weeknights, and worked in after care programs. At the beginning of my freshman year of college attending the University of Arkansas, I became a part of the Fayetteville Montessori family! I started working and teaching with a very large range of ages, from infant and toddler all the way to elementary school! I am Red-Cross Babysitting and CPR certified!
