I've spent seven years as a childcare provider because I love the opportunity it gives me to have a positive impact on a child's life. From my experience babysitting, I've learned that my patient and calm personality helps me connect with children, while my creativity keeps them engaged and entertained. I'm also comfortable with technology-based games and apps. Ensuring that I am on the same page as parents, I follow their preferred communication methods and take their lead when it comes to enforcing household rules. As a non-smoker who is also First Aid and CPR trained, I am happy to help with light housekeeping and supervise swimming, as I'm a skilled swimmer myself.
