Joy is absolutely amazing. If I could give her more than the maximum 5 stars, then I would! She is extremely smart and capable, has great judgment and experience, and has the highest integrity. She helped care for our father over multiple years. He had a condition called aphasia (a form of dementia) which led to the deterioration of his health over time. He lived to the age of 90, and was able to stay in his home, and Joy was an essential part of ensuring that could happen successfully. Joy was responsible for a large number of things including - cooking healthy food, helping him maintain good hygiene, coordinating and taking him to medical appointments, managing the logistics of operating the house, ensuring his safety, and more. I recommend her most highly.
