About Joylene

My name is Joylene and I'm a 26-year-old woman who works as a Medical Researcher at Johns Hopkins Hospital. I enjoy working with kids because I can play an active role in their development and help shape their future. Being a caretaker is also being a teacher and I love to help expand their thinking with discipline, respect, and honesty. I've been working with kids since for over 14 years with age groups from infants to 16. I am an active volunteer for many church-held activities in Children's Ministries which include teaching, arts and crafts, camping, and feeding/nutrition. I've worked in a day care and independently cared for kids with disabilities and medical conditions which included special responsibilities such as medications, dietary restrictions, physical accommodations and homeschooling. Past families have described me as caring, passionate, hardworking, communicative, reliable, professional and detail oriented. I look forward to hearing from you and your family!
