About Julie

My passion is caring for infants and children of all ages. I am grateful to have spent the last 35 years doing what I love. I am a mom to 3 daughters and 1 son, and a grandma to 3 adorable granddaughters. I am very patient, kind, dependable and a great communicator. I enjoy encouraging kids to be creative with activities such as coloring, painting, building, reading, dancing , singing and exploring the outdoors. I am a licensed Registered Nurse with a background in Home Healthcare. I have experience working in many areas of caring. My specialty was taking care of premature babies, I also worked for HopSkipDrive transporting kids from school to home as well as their extracurricular activities. I have a gift for making kids feel comfortable and safe. I love animals and have a beautiful old english bulldog named Tiggy. My other interests include yoga, pilates, hiking, meditation, whole food/plant based cooking and spending time in nature, especially at the beach.
