For 3 years, I took care of a 5, 8, and 11-year-old girl with CP, epilepsy, and global delays. For 2 years I took care of a 7-month-old, who was born deaf. He is now 2 years old and had cochlear implant surgery. Prior to the 6 years as a full time nanny, I worked in a special needs school for two years, the camp, and countless babysitting jobs. I am CPR certified, water safety for parents and caregivers, advanced child care training certified through the American Red Cross. I love being a nanny, the hardest part of the job is when it's time to say goodbye.
