About Kaitlin

Hi there! My name is Kaitlin and I am currently 23 years old and I am in my last semester of college before receiving my Bachelors in Psychology degree from Arizona State University and their online psychology program. I have worked with children for about 6 years now, starting with babysitting and then working at a daycare for almost 3 years. I currently work as a registered behavior technician (RBT) and work with children with autism! I have worked with a wide variety of ages starting at 3 months to early teens and was a lead infant teacher for a year at a daycare before becoming a lead toddler teacher! In the next year or two, I will be pursuing a Masters Degree in clinical mental health counseling with a focus on child and adolescence therapy. I love getting to know people and understanding their circumstances as well as helping them in any way possible. I am happy to be working towards a career that involves helping others and spreading compassion.
