Hi everyone! I'm Kaitlyn and I am an energetic, passionate, and hardworking 29-year-old who is new to the Memphis area. I am currently the program coordinator at a local youth volleyball club but have pretty much dedicated my life to youth development in one way or another. I grew up babysitting and working summer camps for extra cash and my first real job was actually as a nanny for quadruplet toddlers. I majored in youth psychology and taught in private schools for a few years after that. With my current career I work from home during the day and have most weekends off so I have a lot of flexibility. I would love to get to know you and your family and hopefully I'll be a great fit!
