About Kandance

Hi there! My name is Kandance, I am 33 years old and married to my wonderful husband Kosala. I have been working with children for over 7 years and have enjoyed every single moment of it! I honestly could not see myself doing any other career. I have a very diverse background with children as I've worked as a Nanny, a Lead Teacher, an Assistant Teacher, and a Youth Counselor! Most of my experience is with the Infant/Toddler age group and preschoolers. My experience as an Early Childhood Teacher has provided me with the knowledge and the confidence to be able to create age-appropriate activities and lesson plans to help your little one thrive and meet their developmental milestones. I enjoy being creative, crafting, painting, pretend play, music and movement, outdoor play, fun projects, creating sensory bins, reading, going on field trips, etc so there will never be a dull day! In my spare time, I like to go on walks, read, paint, enjoy a local play, or try out a new restaurant.
