First and foremost, I have a great love of animals. Since my teenage years, I have been involved in variety of pet sitting in people's homes, and by extension, house sitting at the same time (bringing in the mail, newspapers, and any deliveries, as well as keeping the home neat and tidy for returning residents). Pet sitting for me has included dogs, cats, and the occasional reptiles. I am familiar with many dog breeds/size and medical needs of some pets in my care, including home cooking for special diets. Additionally, I have volunteered in veterinary environments. Tending to food, water, dressings, and medication, supervised by the veterinarian and staff, resulting in familiarity with many medical needs that may be needed by the pets in my care.
