About Kara

Hi there, my name is Kara! I am passionate about caregiving and love being around people : ) Having a positive attitude and patience are extremely important. With 16 years of experience taking care of infants and toddlers, disabled persons, and the elderly being a natural caregiver brings me great joy . I graduated with my bachelors degree from Niagara University. I am a certified yoga teacher, and I have been running my own house cleaning business for several years as well! I am certified in infant as well as adult CPR. I love teach and to do Montessori activities with children. I can help with travel and errands, doctors appointments, cooking, cleaning, meal prep and anything else that would help your family! I am comfortable changing diapers and toileting all ages.
