About Karen

My experience includes successfully raising two children, as well as working a professional job in Human Resources management. I understand children's needs, as well as their parents' needs. I am a great cook and focus on healthy, fun foods for the kids and meal prep for Mom and Dad, so they can come home and enjoy their children in the evenings. I involve kids in meal prep and make learning fun! I am not a proponent of TV or passive babysitting, like putting a child in front of a screen of any type. I love the outdoors, exercise and creative playtime, especially encouraging imagination. I found that the more a person talks to infants/ toddlers, the better they develop their language skills. I also love to sing and teach younger children fun songs that they can memorize if they choose. I am a very positive person with a very easy going personality. I promise to do all I can to create a wonderful and safe experience for your children.
