About Karla

I have had the opportunity to work with a variety of children including children with disabilities and my greatest accomplishments were helping them trust and learn how to communicate for items or assistance they needed. I believe in a one to one quality time for every child. I am very responsible, punctual , trustworthy , as well as respectful. I understand that every child is unique in their own ways and need to feel important. Working with children one must have plenty of patience , patience is key and crucial when trying to accommodate yourself to a Child's curious mind and actions. My mother is a special ed teacher so I am aware of the various situations that may occur. The relationship of a child and their parents and or caregivers is very important, it is now where we want to implement a great foundation for our children to grow and prosper from.
