Karoline is wonderful with our 3 girls. When she is with the children, she is 100% focused on them, whether it be making sure they were safe crossing the street or painting with them. She is warm and caring while also being very diligent, observant and organized. She really connects with children on a deep level and understands their needs and feelings. We all look forward to our next date night when we get to see Karoline!
