About Katarina

I've been in childcare throughout the years while pursuing my art. I have two sisters, 10 and 20 years younger (in picture), so it always came naturally! I've enjoyed it each time and have experience ranging from in-home childcare, to assistant teaching, to summer camps for K-5th. This has made me comfortable with families of all sizes and children of all ages and backgrounds. Through the years, I've had the pleasure of working alongside magnificent pre-K and primary school teachers who have helped shape my approach. This experience helped me learn effective ways to connect and de-escalate. I have also collected activities that are creatively and/or intellectually stimulating for children of all ages! I have eight years of driving experience, one as a pastry delivery driver in a cargo van. I have a great driving record and am CPR and First-Aid certified!
