About Katelyn

As a lifelong animal lover, I began volunteering with animals when I was in middle school. Since then, I have dedicated my time to various shelters in multiple states; assisting with animal care and raising money for donations. I have over 5 years of professional pet sitting and dog-walking experience, as well as veterinary assistant experience with Banfield Pet Hospital. Most notably, I was entrusted to care for the personal dog of the Animal Research Manager at Disney's Animal Kingdom. I have personally been a pet-parent to many cats over the years, and I had a black lab-retriever mix pup for over 8 years. I have been lucky enough to have horses and fish as well. I am comfortable with feeding, administering medicines, and play/cuddle time. Walks will be a minimum of 40 minutes, to ensure your dog has plenty of time for exercise/sniffing adventures! Cats will be played with and given plenty of attention. Thank you for your consideration.
