katelyn is an absolute dream to work with. our kiddo is more reserved and katelyn met her where she was and let their relationship grow organically. she’s responsible, communicative, and reliable. she listens to your preferences and needs while also taking initiative and applying her experience. she’s a joy for kiddos to be around and we loved her presence as parents, too! we consider ourselves lucky to know her and have her as an option for childcare when we need it.
